They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitator

Neil Hohenstein.

Neil Hohenstein, a lifelong resident of Taylorville, is deeply dedicated to the betterment of his community. Alongside his wife, Elizabeth, a successful business owner, they are proud parents to three children: Keaton, Ella, and Beckett. Neil’s passions lie in music, baseball, and business and is a believer in hard work and education. He pursued his academic journey, obtaining an Associate of Arts in music from LLCC after graduating from THS. He further expanded his knowledge with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from Millikin University. Currently, Neil is pursuing an MBA at the University of Illinois Springfield. As an entrepreneur, Neil previously owned The Gallery Restaurant and currently runs Audio Dimensions, a small business established in 1997. In addition, he spent a decade teaching music, band, and technology at St. Mary School in Taylorville. Neil was also involved in local media as an on-air personality and sales associate with the Miller Media Group. Presently, he serves as a teacher at TCUSD#3, where he instructs TommyTV and Consumer Education. For the 2024/2025 school year, Neil is in his 4th year as the CEO facilitator.
