About Me

Hello! My name is Nellea Polley and I am currently a senior at Taylorville High School! I have resided in Taylorville for my whole life, attending Visionway Christian School until fifth grade, when I transferred out to public school, and then attended Taylorville Jr. High School. I am involved in many things throughout the school and my community, including basketball, volleyball, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, President of National Honors Society, Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, CEO, LLCC College Now, Unified Tornadoes, Purple Reign, attending youth group, as well as helping my family raise bison. All of these things have led me to be a Jesus-loving, kind-hearted, hard-working, creative, determined, diligent, and motivated individual. I have many goals for myself and push myself above and beyond. One of my goals for this year is to not only graduate from THS and receive my diploma but to also graduate from Lincoln Land Community College with an associate degree! God has blessed me with an amazing family that supports me and pushes me to be a light for others, as well as urges me to never give up even when the temptation sits right in front of me. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the CEO program, and all the opportunities available to me! CEO is full of so many amazing opportunities and experiences that I know will help boost me in my next steps toward success!
